Is Dashtrack really free for up to 4 users?+
Yes — the free plan is free forever for up to 4 team members, and it includes almost everything: tasks, projects, clients, time tracking, roadmaps, moments, notes, team pages, business development, client planning, admin panel, permissions and allocations. The only things reserved for Pro are holiday booking, bounties and holiday management. No credit card required, no time limit.
How does per-seat pricing work?+
Every team member is one seat. The free plan covers up to 4 seats. Beyond that you're on the Pro plan and every seat is billed at £9 + VAT per month when paid annually (£11 + VAT per month when paid monthly). A 10-person agency on annual billing is £90 + VAT per month — all in, no hidden extras.
Is there a discount for annual billing?+
Yes. Annual billing is £9 + VAT per seat per month — effectively two months free compared to £11 + VAT monthly billing.
What's included in the core features?+
Almost everything is included on the free plan: task and project management, client management, time tracking, roadmaps, moments, notes, team pages, resources, business development (lead tracking), client planning and allocations, plus the admin panel and permissions. Pro unlocks holiday booking, bounties and holiday management — and removes the seat cap. Add-ons are only for extra capabilities like the AI assistant — core features are always included on every plan.
What are the add-ons?+
Aurora AI (our built-in assistant that knows your agency's data), the MCP server (let AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT connect directly to your Dashtrack data) and API access. They're optional, per-organisation add-ons — core features stay included either way.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — there are no contracts. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer white-label or branded instances?+
Yes — agencies that want their own branded platform (custom domain, their logo, their login page) can get a dedicated branded instance. Get in touch and we'll put a package together.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Dashtrack uses role-based access controls, encrypted connections and per-user permissions throughout. We're GDPR compliant and your data is hosted in the EU.
