Where your data lives

Dashtrack stores all customer data in the European Union, on Supabase's eu-west-2 (London) region. This includes your CRM records, tasks, time entries, team member accounts, and client data.

Why this matters

Hosting in the EU means your data benefits from the strong data-protection standards of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, and stays within a region widely recognised as low-risk for data-protection compliance. We never store customer data in the United States or other non-adequate jurisdictions by default.

Data in transit

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Backups are stored in the same region.

Exceptions

Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) under their own security programme and are never stored on Dashtrack servers. Transactional emails are delivered via Resend (US/EU infrastructure) — these contain only the minimum data needed to deliver the email.
